All assessments are quoted on a case-by-case basis.  All groups and programs will be unique to the service being delivered and will be quoted at publication.

Low-cost clinic

Our low-cost clinic offers an affordable option to mental health care. Services are delivered by provisional psychologists who are either on placement during their 5th or 6th year of study (students) or interns who are employed by United Minds and completing a yearlong internship to become fully registered. The clinic is heavily supervised by fully registered board-approved supervisors.

Non-direct related activities such as case conference attendance and report writing are charged  pro-rata of the hourly rate.

​

No Medicare rebates available for this service.

Initial Appointment

Student $127.50 for 90-minutes

Intern $165 for 60-minutes

Regular Appointment

Student $85 for 60-minutes

Intern $110 for 60-minutes

Medicare

United Minds deliver a range of Medicare services including Mental Health Treatment plans (MHTP), Eating Disorder Treatment & Management Plans and Chronic Disease Management Plans. A valid referral is needed for a Medicare rebate.

Medicare services are delivered by our Psychologists and Senior Psychologists. A senior psychologist is someone who has been practicing as a fully registered psychologist for 2 or more years. They may also have advanced training and/or unique practice experience and/or skills in a particular area. The fees for a Senior Psychologist are slightly higher than a psychologist.

​

Non-direct client related activities such as case conference attendance and report writing are charged pro-rata of the hourly rate. There is no Medicare rebate available on non-direct client related service or cancellation fees.

We offer a 15% discount to those who hold a valid concession card.   â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Initial Appointment

Psychologist $324 for 90-minutes

Senior Psychologist $354 for 90-minutes

Regular Appointment

Psychologist $216 for 60-minutes

Psychologist $236 for 60-minutes

NDIS

United Minds accepts self-funded and plan-managed NDIS referrals.  All non-direct client activities are billed pro-rata of the hourly rate.

Provisional Psychologist $234 for 90-minutes

Psychologist $333 for 90-minutes

Regular Appointment

Provisional Psychologist $156 for 60-minutes

Psychologist $222 for 60-minutes

Workcover, TAC, VOCAT

United Minds accepts Workcover, TAC and VOCAT referrals.  We bill all services directly with the insurer and there are no out of pocket expenses.  Cancellation fees are not covered by these initiatives and these fees will be invoiced directly to you for payment.

Initial appointments and regular appointments will be 60-minutes in duration unless prior approval is received by the insurer.  Non-direct client related activities will be charged in accordance with the scheduled fees and will also be billed directly to the insurer.
