Groups & Programs

At United Minds, we are working on creating spaces for people to connect with others and improve their wellbeing, in addition to individual therapy sessions.

We are planning a variety of groups and for people of all ages.

  • Activity Based

  • Small Group - Limited places available

Commencing 25th of September!

The Neurodivergent Social Group is for adolescents between the ages of 16 and 18 years old. This group is appropriate for females or those who identify as transgender or non-binary.

This group aims to provide a safe and inclusive environment for adolescents to engage in enjoyable activities whilst building meaningful connections with other individuals.

In particular, this group is aimed at neurodivergent individuals, who are autistic, ADHD-ers or AuDHD-ers that may be struggling to find social connections with same-aged peers.
