Stephanie Roberts - Senior Psychologist
Stephanie is a psychologist with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. Stephanie brings experience from both primary and secondary school settings, giving her a strong understanding of the school system and how to best support young people within it.
Stephanie's approach is playful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play-based interventions. Stephnie is neuroaffirming in her practice and committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for all clients. In addition to therapy, Stephanie can offer cognitive and educational assessments to help families better understand their child's strengths and challenges, and to guide meaningful support strategies at home and school. Whether she is working one on one with a young person or alongside parents and families, Stephanie aims to make the therapeutic process supportive, practical, and empowering.
Stephanie is a generally registered Psychologist and is currently completing her registrar program for clinical endorsement.
