Bridget Seiter - Provisional Psychologist (Not taking on new referrals)
Bridget (she/her) is a Provisional Psychologist passionate about empowering clients to live a life that is authentic to them. Bridget prioritises a collaborative approach that is trauma-informed and works to create a safe environment for clients to share what is going on for them.
Bridget has worked with individuals across the lifespan and with a variety of presentations such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, behavioural difficulties, neurodivergence, and much more. She has also previously worked in school settings, having her Certificate IV in Education Support.
She enjoys using a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Schema Therapy. She tailors her approach to each individual, guided by their goals and values, with the belief that therapy should move at the client’s pace and be centred around what they need.
Bridget is currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology at RMIT University and is in her final year of training.
Outside of work, Bridget enjoys being active, creative and spending time in nature.
