Dr Thi Nguyen - Psychologist

Dr Thi Nguyen - Psychologist

Thi is a registered psychologist who works with individuals aged 7 and above, offering both assessment and therapy. Thi has supported people with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidality, life transitions, and trauma. She is also trained in conducting diagnostic assessments for autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

Before becoming a psychologist, she worked as a case manager in family services, supporting children and families through complex challenges. Thi then completed her PhD in psychology exploring how spirituality influences a sense of identity after trauma.
In her current work, Thi aims to create a calm, open, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and understood.

Thi works collaboratively with each person to set meaningful goals and tailors her approach to suit their individual needs, incorporating a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Outside of work, she enjoys reading novels, trying new foods and restaurants, and travelling.

Thi is available for appointments Wednesday to Friday.
