Muzna Dakakni - Provisional Psychologist

Muzna is a Provisional Psychologist who is passionate about supporting people from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on how culture, identity, and life experiences shape wellbeing. She is particularly interested in neurodiversity and enjoys helping individuals understand their own strengths, navigate challenges, and develop strategies to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Muzna has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD and Autism. She aims to tailor her support to each individual, respecting their unique perspectives and needs.

Her approach draws primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with additional elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and is highly collaborative. Muzna works alongside clients to ensure their experiences are understood and valued, and to help them build practical tools that support personal growth and wellbeing.

Outside of her work, Muzna enjoys reading, spending time with family, exploring new cuisines, and practising tatreez.
