Pelin Ozyurt - Provisional Psychologist
Pelin (she/her) is a Provisional Psychologist currently in the final year of her Master of Clinical Psychology. She also has a background in teaching and lecturing, which has shaped her clear, warm, and accessible communication style. This experience supports her ability to explain psychological concepts in practical ways and create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and engaged.
Pelin works with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, interpersonal challenges, and adjustment to life transitions. She is also experienced in supporting neurodivergent individuals and values recognising each person’s unique way of experiencing the world.
Her therapeutic approach is guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), focusing on building insight, increasing psychological flexibility, and developing practical strategies that align with each client’s values and goals.
Pelin is committed to creating a therapeutic space that is safe, respectful, and collaborative, where clients feel heard and supported as they work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
