Shraddha Patel - Psychologist
Shraddha Patel is a general registered psychologist. Holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, She has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced), and a Master of Psychology (Clinical).
She brings extensive experience in addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns. Her practice focuses on supporting individuals coping with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, substance use, ADHD, ASD and self-harm. With a compassionate approach, she has successfully worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
In addition to therapy, Shraddha provides comprehensive psychological and cognitive assessments, including the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, Wechsler Individual Achievement Test, Conners-4, and DIVA.
Utilising evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, CBT-E, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
