Vasiliki Garuli - Psychologist

Vasiliki Garuli - Psychologist

Vasiliki is a fully registered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and extensive experience working with clients across the lifespan. She has a strong interest in women’s health and is passionate about supporting individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds.

Vasiliki also speaks Greek, which enriches her ability to connect with people from diverse communities.

 

Vasilikis therapeutic style is warm, compassionate and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and strengths. She draws on evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and DBT, while also embracing a holistic perspective that considers the mind, body, spirit and environment as interconnected. Her purpose is to empower clients to better understand themselves, achieve their goals and cultivate meaningful, fulfilling lives through healing and self-discovery.
