Wade Naess - Psychologist

Wade Naess - Psychologist

Wade is a psychologist who brings warmth, curiosity, and a broad life experience to his work. Having lived in the Middle East and Sweden, and worked in high-pressure environments such as the Australian Defence Force and elite sport in his earlier career, he has a deep appreciation for how different contexts and challenges shape people’s lives.

He supports clients with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. In his practice, Wade draws on evidence-based approaches to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space. He values working alongside people to explore their strengths, navigate challenges, and make meaningful changes.

Wade has a particular passion for supporting teenagers as they navigate the ups and downs of adolescence, and he is especially committed to affirming and supporting young people and adults from the LGBTQIA+ community.
